Welcome to Rubblebelt Raiders!
As a corp in New Eden our efforts are focused on Industry and Production. We do delve into other areas such as sporadic PvP roams but Industry is our primary agenda.
We will be making several corp ops for mining and missioning each week. Mining for mineral resources and missioning for salvage resources. Ops are not mandatory but encouraged. Unlike many corps in the Eve, we like to make certain that members are compensated for corp ops in addition to the corp receiving financial benefit. Below is an outline of how our operations work.
Corp Mining Ops
Mining ops will consist of as many mining vessels as we can field in addition to 1 Orca at full boosts and a transport freighter when necessary.
During group mining operations, all mined ore will be reprocessed immediately at our office to determine the total mineral output. Rbelt will then pay each miner an equal disbursement according to the value based on the highest local hi-sec buy order price.
For example:
Mission Ops
Mission ops will consist of as many combat ships as we can field and an appropriate number of Noctis vessels for salvaging.
All ops members will share equally in the bounties and loot (low end will be reprocessed, high end will be sold) with the goal of salvage for the corp. Salvage will be treated the same as Ore during mining ops. Each member will be paid shortly after the op is over when final amounts are tallied.
Special Need Resources
As a corp, we build capital & sub-capital ships and are in constant need of minerals. We will keep posted on this board any current needs the corp has to complete ships in progress. If you have minerals to help supply the manufacturing, we offer a share in the ship's final sale. We assign shares in the final ship based on the minerals kicked in as follows:
Tritanium: 1 Share
Pyerite: 1
Isogen: 5
Mexallon: 5
Nocxium: 10
Zydrine: 12
Megacyte: 12
For a Fenrir, there would be 133,691,053 total shares based on this method. Whatever shares you hold would represent your disbursement when the ship is sold (expenses of mfg fees and BPCs). The Fenrir we just completed just sold for 1.1 billion isk (with a gross profit of 1.05b isk after mfg fees and BPCs). Had a pilot kicked in 20 million tritanium it would have resulted in a disbursement of 20m x 1 share = 20m shares/133,691,053 = 14.95% of 1.05b isk or 157 million isk. Basically, the tritanium would have netted the pilot 7.85 isk each.
This formula may evolve over time and if so, will be posted on this board prior to changes being made. Changes will not be made on any ship currently in production but rather construction moving forward.
Profit is determined by Final sale price minus manufacturing fess minus and BPCs purchased minus sales taxes to NPC station.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact Dellteck, Seth or Derek or post it here in the thread.

For example:
If 8 capsuleers go on the op and mine enough Veldspar to reprocess 40 million Tritanium, and the best current buy price for Tritanium would be 4.75 isk (the current best buy order at the time of this thread). The corp would disburse 190,000,000 with each member receiving 23,750,000 isk each. This would be the best price each pilot would get on an immediate Buy Order and also saves any taxes or brokerage fees. The payment will be made as soon as the ore is reprocessed so the members will not have to wait for their payments.
Note: The above applies to mining barges only, Ventures or other misc mining vessels will receive payouts at 50% (Prospects 75%) buy order per pilot due to reduced efficiency of mining. This reduced payout will still be greater than what you would have made mining solo.
